缓解视疲劳功能的原料及其功效成分研究进展

Research Progress on Raw Materials and Functional Components for Alleviating Visual Fatigue

  • 摘要: 过度用眼、环境过于干燥或受其他因素干扰时,容易导致眼睛长时间调节屈光,引发视疲劳,其主要表现为:经常性出现视物模糊、眼部酸胀、干涩、流泪等眼部不适感。研究表明,补充适宜的物质有助于缓解视疲劳。目前,围绕视疲劳及眼部健康相关的研究已取得了一定的进展,但缺乏系统总结。因此,本文综述了视疲劳产生的生理学机制,以国家特殊食品信息查询平台为数据检索工具,对已获批缓解视疲劳功能保健食品的原料及标志性成分进行了较为系统的统计、分类及分析,并对具有缓解视疲劳功能的功效成分研究进展进行了较为系统的综述,以期为缓解视疲劳保健食品的开发提供一定的参考依据和启发。
