植物多糖药理功效研究进展

Research Progress in Pharmacological Efficacy of Plant Polysaccharides

  • 摘要: 我国植物资源蕴藏丰富,为植物多糖的开发和利用奠定了深厚的物质基础。天然植物多糖属于植物体内一类非常重要的生物大分子,同时也是有效维持和保证生物体生命活动能够正常运转的基本物质,具有抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗病毒及抗氧化等多种药理作用,可作为天然的免疫调节剂,已成为国内外学者的研究热点之一。本文综述了近年来国内外有关植物多糖免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗氧化、降血压、抗血栓、降血糖、对免疫性肝损伤的保护以及抗辐射活性等药理作用功效的研究进展,以期为植物多糖更好的开发和利用,及在药品、食品等相关领域的广泛应用提供良好的理论基础。

     

    Abstract: In China,plant resources are abundant,which lays solid material foundation for the development and utilization of plant polysaccharides. Natural plant polysaccharides belong to a very important class of biological macromolecules in plants,and they are the basic substances which effectively maintain and ensure the normal operation of biological life activities. They have various pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor,immune regulation,anti-viral and anti-oxidant activity. They can be used as natural immunomodulator. These studies have become one of the research hotspots of scholars at home and abroad. This article reviews the recent research progress on pharmacological effects of plant polysaccharides on immune regulation,anti-tumor,anti-viral,anti-oxidant,blood pressure,anti-thrombotic,hypoglycemic,protection against immune liver injury,and anti-radiation activity. It is hoped to provide a good theoretical basis for the better development and utilization of plant polysaccharides and their wide application in related fields such as medicine and food.
