  • 摘要: 本论文综述了近年来杨梅贮藏前预处理的研究进展,包括杨梅贮藏前的物理预处理、化学预处理及生物预处理等方面,并简要的探讨了杨梅贮藏前预处理与杨梅气调贮藏技术有机结合的可能性。 

     

    Abstract: The research progress in pretreatment before storage of Chinese bayberry fruit in recent years, including physical, chemical and biological pretreatments before storage. The possibility of organic combination were reviewed in this paper.about pretreatment before storage and gas storage in Chinese barberry fruit was also briefly discussed.
